I love this charging pod!! I put it on my bdiedse table to replace my old alarm clock. When it's not in use and plugged in to the charger (which doesn't come with the pod, you just use your own charger), it has a small light on the back so you can see where to put your phone in the dark. There is nothing you have to plug in our out of your phone, it just rests in the pod and charges, and if you put the phone into bdiedse mode from the clock, it dims to just the right brightness so you can see it in the dark, but it doesn't keep you awake by being too bright in a dark room. When you plug the phone directly into the charger on bdiedse mode, the phone goes completely dark, but with the dock it's dimmed so it's still visible. I also like being able to pick the phone up and go, nothing to unplug. This is the best accessory for the Tour!
